Here isw a full remodel that I completed where I transformed a dump of space in a small home located on stretch island into a beautiful A.D.A. compliant  beautifully and perfectly tiled bathroom. This remodel involved removing a 50 year old hot water tank and installing a tankless water heater, covering up an exterior entryway and turning that area into the shower with a curbless entry ,center drain, wall to wall floating style bench and an inset niche. I also installed the shower rough-in and finish plumbing, encased in-floor heat in the main floor, all the drywall hung and smooth walled and painted, along with a hoist of other imaterial installations to get this bathroom complete.
