Here are just a few of the countless bathroom remodeling projects I have completed more recently. Each of these remodels will have a description of what was discovered during and after tearout and the process it took to transform the space into what it is today. First and foremost these are all bathrooms now properly constructed to last a lifetime and thats what all my installations come with is a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the home.
HillCrest
This remodel involved completely changing the orientation of the master bathroom, removing the alcove cast iron tub, dividing wall, moving the entryway and constructing a curbless entry shower with glass enclosure,
Vipond Bluff
This remodel involved much more than the master bathroom. The master did get a new walk-in shower and bathtub deck / surround but the remodel kept going. The upstair hall bathroom got a new shower, the upstairs and downstairs floors both got new L.V.T. with the downstairs involving a 40 bag leveler pour, The upstairs kitchen and converted garage got tile flooring with in-floor heat, the downstairs bathroom and kitchen both got backsplashes and the wine room got slate flooring. The main outside entry also got slate installed along with the upstairs fireplace.
